Delivery Information
All prices INCLUDE delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the U.K.
We use DPD courier services to deliver all our goods.
You will receive an email with the tracking details once the job has been dispatched.
Our carriers aim to deliver on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses incurred, after goods have left our premises for delivery by a third party.
Our carriers are fully insured to cover losses but this issue must be addressed with the carrier directly
Payment Information
Payment by request will be available only after data acquisition of the order. The prices of all products of niprint are specified on the official website.
Periodically the company updates the prices of products and watches their relevance and correctness. In case of detection of a mistake in the price report through official channels of communication, our team will correct an error. In case of detection of a mistake in the price after payment, the client will be notified, and also supplied with the instruction for further actions. In case of mistakenly low price, the additional bill on payment of the order will be given, and in a case with mistakenly high price the difference of an overpayment will be returned on the customer account which the client will be able to use in case of implementation of the following order.

Other products of niprint are not assessed with VAT.
niprint can update prices on the website, but updating of the price does not influence your order, after placement of your order on our system.
When ordering via our website, payment may be made via PayPal.
Paypal will take commission from each payments made, these fees are available on Paypal’s website. niprint are not invloved in any of these charges.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a job, please email sales@niprint.co.uk immediately.
As all our orders are customised jobs and cannot be resold, please note, there will be a cancellation fee if the order has been plated and or printed.
If the order has been printed, it will be billed in full.
If you believe you have been invoiced in error, please email hello@niprint.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Proof Approval
All jobs MUST be ‘proof approved’ before printing.
We, niprint, do NOT offer returns because all jobs are printed to customer specifications, have been ‘proof approved’, and cannot be resold.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. By placing a business card order, you are accepting that the artwork has been approved by you, and we, niprint, do not accept responsibility for incorrect business cards.
If your job is damaged, please advise us within 7 days of receipt, by emailing your sales representative. The job MUST be returned to receive a credit.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any courier issues, once the job has left our premises.
We will not accept LIABILITY for any consequential loss due to late delivery.
